She learned to play the cello in the seventh grade and eventually performed with the Macedonian Philharmonic.

She married businessman Milan Dap?evi?, with whom she has a son named Vuk. She is the sister of singer Tamara Todevska.

Her song "Sve Je Isto, Samo Njega Nema" is about former Yugoslav president Josip Tito.
