Matthew Alan

Actor known for playing Chris Merrill in the Hulu series Castle Rock and Seth Massey in the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why. He also played Havemeyer in the crime drama Snowfall. He appeared in other television series including Modern Family, Grey's Anatomy, Veronica Mars and Lost.

In 2000, he graduated from Western Kentucky University. He appeared in a Bud Light beer commercial titled "The Lucky Chair." His costar was Stevie Wonder. The commercial premiered during the 2013 Super Bowl.

In 2019, he married actress Camilla Luddington. They have a daughter named Hayden and a son named Lucas. He was born Matthew Gerbig. His parents are named Karen and Larry Gerbig.

He appeared in a 2017 episode of Grey's Anatomy titled "Leave it Inside," starring Ellen Pompeo and Justin Chambers.
