Erin Armstrong

British actress who has credits in the shows World's End and Shetland, as well as the TV movies Fried and Glasgow Girls.

She was 10 years old when she lived a short distance away from Drumchapel High, the school where a group of girls petitioned to save a friend from deportation. The movement changed immigration policy in Scotland and became the subject of the TV movie Glasgow Girls in which Erin starred.

She was raised in Houston, Renfrewshire, Scotland by parents John and Catherine Armstrong.

She landed a starring role in Shetland alongside Douglas Henshall.
