Popular social media star and content creator who is best recognized for the matt_and_abby TikTok account where she posts dance and comedy videos with her husband Matt. Their videos have earned them over 5 million followers on the app. She has been signed by the A3 Artist's Agency.

She and her husband launched their Matt & Abby YouTube channel in July 2019. They met met in eight grade.

She was born and raised in Qunicy, Illinois. She and Matt got married during the summer after their sophomore year in college, in July 2019. Her brother and his wife have appeared on her Instagram account. In July 2022, they welcomed their first son, Griffin Howard. They welcomed their second child, August Jacob Howard, in August 2023. In August 2025, they announced that they were expecting their third child. The following month, she sadly announced that she had miscarried.

She posted a duet with TikTok star Charli D'Amelio in May 2020.
